CALL FOR UG (UNDER GRADUATE) FELLOWSHIP PROGRAM 2026 - GUIDELINES
Eligibility Criteria:
1. Applicants must be a student of Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and
Communications , Computer Science, or allied engineering branches at the Indian
Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Manipur.
2. Applicants selected for or receiving a fellowship/research grant in the previous year
are not eligible.
Nature and Duration of Support:
1. Scope of Support: The TEXMiN-IIIT Manipur Mining CPS Centre of Excellence
(CoE) will support individual researchers or research groups working exclusively at
IIIT Manipur.
2. Fellowship Duration: The fellowship duration is strictly Ten (10) months.
3. Fellowship Amount: ₹10,000 (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand only) per month.
4. Proposal Limit: An applicant may submit only one proposal per call.
Selection of Application:
Selection will be based on the recommendations of a Fellowship Advisory Committee
constituted by the competent authority (Head of the Institute).
Plagiarism:
1. Submitted proposals must present original ideas and content.
2. Plagiarism in any form will not be tolerated.
3. All proposals will undergo a similarity check, and any found to be plagiarized will
be rejected.
